Daniel Wiser
Property Manager In Charge/Owner
Prior to obtaining his property management license and starting the business, Daniel worked in the golf industry for 20 years as a caddy and a manager - this is where he discovered his desire to exceed expectations and ensure those he worked for had the best experience possible. A Georgia native, Daniel graduated with a business degree from UGA and moved to Charleston from Athens almost 20 years ago. When he is not caring for other people’s properties, he enjoys being a weekend DIY’er, playing golf with his wife and taking his two girls, Wynn and Wells, boating and camping.
Pamela Pazmino
Property Manager
Pamela Pazmino brings over a decade of hotel, restaurant, and customer service experience to the On Par team. She grew up in Quito, Ecuador and studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Universidad de las Américas. She joined On Par shortly after moving to Charleston from Ecuador in 2020. Pamela will be doing weekly checks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. When she is not looking after homes, Pamela tries to spend as much time as possible playing tennis or running on the beach with her husband, Sean.
Kelly Sheehy
Property Manager
Kelly has been a homeowner on Kiawah since 2009 and has had many years of experience working with property management companies as a client/homeowner. Kelly left her role as an Oncology RN in 2021, after 15 years in nursing, prior to that she worked in sales and customer service. She is excited to use her knowledge, organizational skills and exceptional work ethic to provide the highest quality service in caring for your home. Kelly will be performing weekly checks, communicating with clients and ensuring your peace of mind while you are away. Kelly looks forward to getting to know each and every OnPar client and to providing exceptional customer service and excellence each and every day.
Charlie Wiser
Property Manager/Administrator
Charlie Wiser comes to the On Par team from the nonprofit world, leaving her job at First Tee - Greater Charleston to join the family business. She has lived in Charleston for most of her life and earned her degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. She is excited to use her administration and IT experience to streamline On Par and improve company workflow. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys being bossed around by her two small children and doing anything outdoors with her family.
